Make yourself comfortable on the sunbathing area of approx. 1.20 m x 2.10 m and spend unforgettable hours on the beach. Depending on the weather, you can open the canopy or close it completely.
Enjoy the panoramic view of the Kiel Fjord! With a view of the Friedrichsort lighthouse, you can watch the many ships slowly pass by. Let yourself be enchanted by the maritime charm of the former fishing village of Heikendorf and spend a relaxing time on the "sunny side" of the fjord, right at the gates of the state capital Kiel.

Please bring your own bedding or sleeping bag.
The sleeping beach chair is lockable from the outside, so you can also leave your things unattended. So you can swim undisturbed or take a nice walk on the beach. However, it is not lockable from the inside.
The lying surface can be folded up at the foot end, which makes it very easy to store your luggage.
You can get a key for the beach chair and also a key for the WC at the Tourist Information Heikendorf.
You can get the key for the cleaned and disinfected sleeping beach chair during opening hours at the Tourist Information Heikendorf (Strandweg 2, 24226 Heikendorf) from 3.00 p.m.
The return also takes place via the Tourist Information Heikendorf until 12.00 p.m. . Outside the opening hours you can also throw the keys as well as the shower card in the mailbox of the Tourist Information. The white mailbox is located to the left of the entrance door, above the bench.
If you do not return the keys or shower card, we will have to charge you for the replacement costs incurred.
