The design of the restaurant, which opened in May 2022 – grey concrete walls, velvet armchairs, stylish light objects – and the friendly staff are meant to reflect all of this. Co-owner and chef Julian Rickert puts together two changing, regionally oriented menus, one of which is always vegetarian. He pays attention to freshness, regionality, creativity and craftsmanship – always considering the aspect of sustainability. The dishes are aromatic and visually well presented.
