The tour shows how art shapes the urban landscape and offers fascinating insights into the creation, idea and message of his works.
The tour is offered as a long (approx. 2 hours) and a short version (approx. 1 hour).

Revolution in Kiel
Kiel makes German history: the mutiny of the sailors in Wilhelmshaven shortly before the end of the First World War becomes a revolution in Kiel. The events in Kiel herald the end of the German Empire on 9 November 1918 in Berlin. These dramatic events of the revolution one hundred years ago are recalled and vividly described on a walk through Kiel's city centre.

This guided tour aims to recall the 91 years of Danish rule and show how beneficial they were for the city's cultural and economic development. Even though traces of this era were largely destroyed in the Old Town during the Second World War, there are still plenty of places to discover the Danish past in words and pictures on a walk through the Old Town.

He quickly arouses the interest of various members of Kiel society, who admire his exotic home furnishings, his valuable library and, above all, his plant experiments, but also observe them with envy and suspicion. 3 years later, his murder shocks the people of Kiel.
