On the second KiWo weekend, the Werftpark in Gaarden is transformed into the Open Park and becomes a favourite place for families. Here you can really let off steam: Bouncy castles, a giant slide, bungee run and mega table football await you. If you like being creative, you'll love the hands-on circus and the artistic soap carving. On the large park stage, you can experience amazing juggling, magic, rousing dance shows, lots of funny moments and, of course, plenty of live music. An adventurous area with fast-paced rides awaits you at the Hörn: climb aboard Europe's largest transportable Ferris wheel, take a spin on Germany's fastest children's rollercoaster or venture into Europe's most innovative ghost train. If you prefer nostalgia, the Germaniahafen harbour is the place for you. Here, where some of the most beautiful traditional sailing ships are moored, you can experience a Ferris wheel that is over 100 years old and historic rides - or treat yourself to something sweet at an 18th century almond cart.

DJs and regional live acts provide the right atmosphere on the small Hörn stage. And if you fancy dancing: There's a children's disco on Tuesday and the second Saturday in the afternoon.
